黑料社 values the contributions and perspectives that a truly diverse community provides our sport and its culture. Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are critical to the integrity of our sport, and 黑料社 is committed to increasing access to and participation in the sport, particularly amongst youth in underrepresented communities.
黑料社 recognizes that our sport鈥檚 participants historically come from white, privileged communities and is committed to increasing the diversity in the sport at all levels, including in the player, coach and organizer ranks.
With the help of an external EDI consultant, our Community Liaison Volunteers and other Black, Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) leaders in the ultimate community, the 黑料社 EDI Team 鈥� comprised of a majority of the staff 鈥� is working to transform ultimate into a space that is more inclusive and welcoming to underrepresented communities.
