Rates for JEG Consulting
(effective March 1, 2006)

JEG Consulting offers on-site computer and network consulting, as well as phone- and email-based consulting. We understand the economic issues of our clients, and seek to provide a cost-effective solution for your computing and networking issues.

JEG Consulting offers several convenient billing packages for our clients. Hourly service is billed at the end of the visit (or monthly for business customers). For customers with modest needs, this plan has no ongoing monthly fees - just pay for what you need. Our Prepaid Discount service offers our customers a way to budget their IT expenses, and to save money. These plans are paid for a month in advance, and offer a discounted rate.

Hourly Service: All services are billed in 15 minute increments, unless otherwise indicated.

• Standard Service: $60 / hour (1 hour minimum charge for on-site service)
• Emergency Service: $150 Emergency Service Fee plus $60/hour (1 hour minimum)

Prepaid Packages: Our pre-paid packages are an excellent way for clients with more advanced needs to budget their IT expenses. Hours not used in a month may be "banked" for up to 3 months, up to a maximum of double the current package hours, but may not be "borrowed" from future month's hours. All of our discount packages must be pre-paid 1 month in advance. All services are billed in 15 minute increments, unless otherwise indicated.

Basic Prepaid Package: $285 / month (5 hours / month) - save $15 / month!

• Additional Hours: $60 / hour (1 hour minimum charge for on-site service)
• Emergency Service: $150 Emergency Service Fee plus plan hours (1 hour minimum)

Advanced Prepaid Package: $540 / month (10 hours / month) - save $60 / month!

• Additional Hours: $55 / hour (1 hour minimum charge for on-site service)
• Emergency Service: $150 Emergency Service Fee plus plan hours (1 hour minimum)

Ultra Prepaid Package: $765 / month (15 hours/month) - save $135 / month!

• Additional Hours: $50 / hour (1 hour minimum charge for on-site service)
• Emergency Service: $150 Emergency Service Fee plus plan hours (1 hour minimum)

Service Rate Definitions:

• Standard service is generally arranged within 72 hours.
• Emergency service can be arranged when a client requires service within 24 hours.
• We also offer pick-up and drop-off service* for an additional fee. Pick-up and delivery area is limitef interested, please ask for a pick-up/delivery quote.
